When will my order ship?

What is the estimated shipping time outside the US?
The estimated shipping time outside the US is typically 2-6 business days, through DHL or FedEx.

Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number, which will allow you to track your package on the carrier's website.

I entered the wrong size or address in my order. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately if you realize that you have entered incorrect information. If we have not shipped the order, we can make the necessary changes. However, if your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address. In such cases, if the package is returned to us, we will resend it to the correct address.

Can I request photos of optional gemstones before placing my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to take photos of our gemstones due to the volume of orders we receive. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Can you create custom jewelry?
Yes, we welcome custom projects. If you have something in mind or a photo of a lost jewelry piece you want us to recreate, please don't hesitate to contact us. We would be happy to work with you to make your dream jewelry a reality.

Is your jewelry nickel-free?
Yes, all of our items are 100% nickel-free.

What is the difference between each metal type?
Please find below the metal types we offer and their corresponding descriptions:

14k Gold Filled: This type features a thick layer of gold on nickel-free brass metal and typically lasts for 2-6 years.

925 Sterling Silver: This type is made of solid 925 sterling silver without any coating.

14k Gold Over Silver: This type features a thick 2.5-micron gold coating on 925 sterling silver and typically lasts for 2-5 years.

14 Rose Gold Filled: This type features a thick 3-micron rose gold coating on nickel-free brass and typically lasts for 1-4 years.

Rhodium Over Silver: This type features a grey/white layer of rhodium over 925 sterling silver and typically lasts for 1-4 years.

White Palladium: This type features a thick 3.5-micron white palladium coating on top of 925 sterling silver and typically lasts for 2-5 years.

18k / 24k Gold Vermeil: This type features a thick 3.5-micron gold coating on top of 925 sterling silver and typically lasts for 2-5 years.

14k Yellow/White/Rose gold: This type is made of solid gold (real gold) and lasts forever.
